3 years previous experience in a spa/hospitality related field
Fluent in written & spoken English; other languages desirable
Leadership including planning, decision-making, motivation of staff, team building
Management including organization of staff and resources
Presents as confident and pleasant in dealings with people
Highly motivated, eager to learn
Well groomed
 
ASSISTANT SPA MANAGER
2 years previous experience in a spa/hospitality related field
Supervises at least 5 employees in current role
Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages an advantage
Decision-making ability
Positive attitude to leadership and teamwork and coaching & developing staff
Presents as confident and pleasant in dealings with people
Highly motivated, eager to learn
Well groomed
 
RECEPTIONIST
1 year previous experience in a spa/hospitality related field
Fluent in written and spoken English; other languages an advantage
