Sepertinya harus ada institusi non goverment yang perlu melakukan
gugatan atau penyaluran/pelaporan hal-hal seperti ini. Sangat sayang
dana promosi besar keluar negeri dari Pemda, tapi dirusak maling
murahan begini.
